By accessing and using the Molyzer mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The App uses image analysis technology to help you track skin changes over time. The information, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other material contained in this App, is for informational purposes only.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on or via this App.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information and health data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Molyzer may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Molyzer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Molyzer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
