Data Access & Management

Request Your Data
Download a copy of all your personal data stored in Molyzer, including your profile information, mole images, analysis results, and tracking history.
Update Your Information
Correct or update your profile information, including name, age, gender, and skin type. You can do this directly in the app settings or contact us for assistance.

Privacy Preferences

Analytics & Usage Data
Allow us to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Marketing Communications
Receive emails about new features, updates, and health tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Note: Some data collection is necessary for the app to function properly. Disabling certain features may limit app functionality. Essential data processing for core features (like mole analysis) cannot be disabled.

Data Deletion

Delete Specific Data
Remove individual mole scans, images, or analysis results from your account. This action cannot be undone.
Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your Molyzer account and all associated data. This includes your profile, all mole scans, images, and analysis history. This action cannot be undone.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your data will be removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

Third-Party Services

AI Processing
Your mole images are processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI) for analysis. Images are securely transmitted and processed according to industry standards. We do not use your images to train AI models.

AI processing is essential for the core functionality of Molyzer and cannot be disabled. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
